I believe life is a design process, continuously shaped by personal experiences. As we grow, we create our lives through learning and contributions, crafting a story rooted in our self-perceptions, and the impact of our belief systems and actions. Ultimately, it's the journey—how we share our experiences and how others receive them—that defines our lasting influence.
In my young adulthood, I spent a lot of time being anxious. It wasn’t obvious, but I struggled to make meaningful connections and constantly sought external validation, never truly feeling satisfied.Â
I focused more on what I could gain rather than on how I could show up as a positive and supportive person.
In my career, I felt restless and engaged in work flows that didn’t deeply resonate with me. I craved more focus and productivity but struggled with clarity, confidence, a sense of purpose, and the tools to transform my ideas into tangible results.
When my choices and outcomes didn't reflect my true desires, I became overwhelmed with the sense there was more out there for me.
I spent a good part of my early adulthood anxious. On the outside, you might not have seen it but on the inside, I lacked a meaningful connection to myself, always searching for external validation. I was never satisfied.
With my community, I wondered what was in it for me rather than thinking about how I could show up as a supportive and positive friend.
In my career I felt restless, working for something I wasn’t truly connected to. I wanted to create from a more meaningful and productive space but lacked confidence, a clear sense of my purpose, and the tools for how to get somewhere.
Even more, my decisions were rarely aligned with what I really desired deep down. I knew there was more, and I wanted access to it.
